چکیده

The study was undertaken to evaluate bio-chemical properties, shelf-life determination and expansion of ripe fruits four velvet apple germplasm. selected germplasm were local red variety, yellow PSTU Bilati gab-1 gab-2. Ripe collected from Germplasm Center, Patuakhali Science Technology University (PSTU) different locations district Bangladesh. Results expressed that maximum TSS (13.93%), vitamin-C (3.68 mg/100g), non-reducing sugar (5.15%) total (7.95%) recorded gab-2, the highest TA (1.30%) found in but pulp pH (7.50) ratio (11.11) variety whereas reducing (3.17%) variety. shelf life fruit varied 3.25 – 4.75 days where longest obtained gab-2 shortest But storability extended more than 27 when stored “Refrigerator” followed by “Non-perforated polybag (NPP)” (10 days), perforated (8 days) paper bag (6 days). firmness decreased gradually with reduction minimized storage condition hold refrigerator treatment NPP. Similarly, weight loss controlled NPP treatment. results experiments revealed provides superior chemical properties among ‘Refrigerator’ exhibited best performance other.

some properties of fuzzy hilbert spaces and norm of operators

in this thesis, at first we investigate the bounded inverse theorem on fuzzy normed linear spaces and study the set of all compact operators on these spaces. then we introduce the notions of fuzzy boundedness and investigate a new norm operators and the relationship between continuity and boundedness. and, we show that the space of all fuzzy bounded operators is complete. finally, we define...
